We will be having tryouts for the 2012 season on March 3rd at Sun Valley High School in Indian Trail. Times for the tryouts will be posted at a later date. We are looking for freshman, sophomores and juniors to fill our team. We have no returning players so if your looking for a team to play alot and improve your game against a very competitive schedule the Clippers will be for you.

Clippers History and Vision

The Charlotte Clippers is an AAU basketball team located in the Charlotte area. The team was founded in 2002 by Kelvin Mapp with the vision of providing an avenue for basketball players to improve their game during the offseason and give them an opportunity to play in highly competitive tournaments. The Clippers also have strived to impact the young men that join our club in a positve manner in all aspects of life, not just basketball. The relationships that have formed with the young men that have worn the Clippers jersey has been as important as the games and basketball. We hope you will decide to join the Clipper family this travel season.
